In this world of twenty-four hour news cycles, social media, and constant distractions, many of us are looking for a way to connect with something bigger and deeper in our lives. Jewish prayer gives us a spiritual way to connect with the Divine presence, to find healing and comfort, to express our emotions and hopes.

Jewish prayer has served this purpose for many centuries, and connects us to Jews of all ages who have faced similar times of turmoil in their lives. In this class we will explore the spiritual beauty of Jewish prayer, learn about its origins, and find ways to enhance the spirituality in our lives today.
